  1. That’s quite true. You just have to get reliable information and look around on the internet to check whether the hotel you are about to book is positively reviewed. It’s also better to compare reviews on several portals and not only on trip advisor in order to have different point of views.
When you are in Dubai you have to pay attention also when you choose a restaurant to dine in. Dubai offers an incredible number of outlets that go from the most luxury to the middle range up to the cheapest places. Also in that case you can check online reviews. In most cases I was really satisfied with both food and services except in a couple of restaurants where prices did absolutely not match with quality.
Generally speaking, both hotels and restaurants in Dubai were more than satisfying in my personal experience.

I can’t believe that a luxury destination like the Arab Emirates could be visited at reasonable rates. It’s just a place for tycoons and politicians…

    • No, it isn’t. The real problem is that this is eventually the international image Dubai has which is only a part of its identity. As in most metropolis all over the world Dubai boasts an offer for every kind of travellers and what’s more, especially in the present historical time of economic uncertainty it has become even more competitive on the world tourist market.

For those looking for luxury Dubai is the very right place. For those interested in a middle-range stay Dubai is equally rich in packages and even for budget clients there is plenty of offers to catch.

Try it: send us one or more booking requests available on and see how multifaceted and attracting our offers are!

I’d like to visit Dubai in December as I’ve heard that temperatures are very pleasant and there are also the celebrations of the National Day…

What is it referred to and what kind of celebrations take place? What kind of events are scheduled?

    • Yes, the National Day is a very important event in the Arab Emirates which falls on December, 2nd. On that day, Emiratis celebrate the foundation of their Confederation of 7 Emirates going back to 1971.

In 2010 this is their 39th anniversary which will offer a bunch of events from 2 to 4 December in all of the 7 Emirates but mostly in Dubai and the capital city of Abu Dhabi.

Among the numerous attractions, the National Day Parade in Dubai through the streets of Dubai and culminating at the Dubai International Marine Club on Dec., 2nd, competitions and shows in numerous venues and the final spectacular fireworks in the evening.

The average temperature is around 25-27° C in the day and 18-20° C in the night. A very ideal time to enjoy!
